The personnel search and selection is as simple as it is efficient:
ARC will observe the Client’s needs and the job description,
the selection will follow, firstly in the company’s database.
At the same time, the other versions will be resorted
to: advertisements in newspapers, Internet posting and headhunting.
Selected candidates will be interviewed by the appointed
ARC’s Project Responsible and the reports for the candidates
who meet the required specifications will be submitted to the Client.
The procedure is strictly confidential for each client
and the offer is strictly confidential for each candidate.
